Kids Wellness Programs

Kids fitness programs are designed to promote physical activity and overall well-being in children. These programs aim to engage children in fun and interactive activities that improve their strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. 1:1 Personal Training

30 or 60 minute training session where we individualize every workout and focus on reaching your own personal goals.

Group Training

3-5 people training session. Group training is a full body workout with a combination of cardio + strength training.

Personalized written workouts to help you reach your fitness goals. You are able to take these workouts with you wherever/whenever, and keep them forever!

Corporate Wellness Programs

We offer an opportunity for small businesses to invest in their employees health. We meet with business owners and create a personalized plan to help their employees focus on health/well being by offering fun challenges, educational classes, fitness classes, etc.

Kids Health Programs

Fun opportunities for kids of all ages to focus on exercise and living a healthy life. Live classes include education on healthy eating/exercise followed by a fun exercise routine with music kids will love!

Life Coaching

Life coaching focuses on our client's physical, emotional, and behavioral health. Focusing on any area our client is struggling in and needs to strive for growth. We will focus on setting goals and steps to achieve them. Sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
